How Klakk Works
Klakk is a macOS app that reacts to key presses and plays a selected typing sound through the current Mac audio output. Selecting headphones can make the generated sound easier to hear personally, but other Mac audio normally uses the same output and leakage varies by setup. Klakk does not change switch feel or reduce physical keyboard noise.

What happens when you type

Product boundary
Physical switch clicks, keycap impact, stabilizer rattle, case resonance and desk vibration remain physical sounds. Hardware changes are required when the goal is to make the room quieter.
